Instructions for Registration

Payment Procedure 

Before registering, please read the following instructions carefully. 

Payment is possible either by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. To pay by credit/debit card, press the corresponding button below. To pay by bank transfer, see the relevant information below.

All amounts will be payable in Euros (€). 

NOTICE: All participants must complete the Registration Form with all the details in order to provide you with the Receipt or the Invoice or a “Timologio” (the latter only for participants from Greek universities (Τιμολόγιο). Please specify in the registration form what is expected to receive from the University of Thessaly. Especially for the Invoice, we need your VAT number with the Code of your country.  

AFTER completing the registration form, each participant should also 

1. proceed with the Bank Transfer & 
2. send the copy of the Bank Transfer Receipt and the registration form to the Conference Secretariat via email in the following address isatt24.uth@gmail.com

Please make sure to use the payment code 7749 & your First and Last Name as a justification for your bank transfer as indicated below.

Any Registration Form received without a copy of the Bank Transfer Receipt cannot be processed & the opposite!

Ιf you need an invoice, select it in the registration form and fill in the necessary details.

Upon receipt of registration form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your valid participation.

Registration fees in different categories according to GDP countries ranking 2023

Early bird registration

Participants from high GDP countries: 250 euros

Participants from low GDP countries: 180 euros

Participants from Greece: 100 euros

Late bird registration

Participants from high GDP countries: 300 euros

Participants from low GDP countries: 220 euros

Participants from Greece: 130 euros
